No. Curaah handles all technical setup. Your staff just needs a smartphone or computer with internet. We will visit your facility, train your staff (usually takes 1–2 hours), and handle everything. You do not need to install any software.
Your profile will show your facility name, type, address, contact number, OPD days and timings, list of doctors with their specialities, real-time bed availability (for hospitals), insurance schemes accepted, and an appointment booking button. You control all this information and can update it anytime.
Patients book a slot through Curaah. You receive the booking on your dashboard with patient name, phone, and preferred doctor. Your staff confirms it. The patient gets an SMS with their appointment details. Walk-in queues reduce automatically.
